08.09.2005 It is hard to believe he is 6 months old today. Time has just flown by. O.K., the last couple of weeks have been very hectic. Benjamin came home on August 3. He went back into the hospital August 5 to have emergency surgery to repair his shunt. Everything with the surgery went well. He came back home on August 7. He is doing much better. We hope and pray that he stays home for a while now. He is getting very BIG and gets stronger every day. We thank everyone for thier thoughts and prayers since Benjamin's birth. We could not have made it through any of this with everyones love and support. I have finally updated his pictures on the web site.
07.18.2005 Well, we have been a little busy. Benjamin came home on June 21. We were all getting use to the nurses and trying to have a routine. Then, Benjamin started not feeling well and he was put back in the hospital on July 5. He was home exactly two weeks. He is still in the hospital and they do not know when he will be coming home. The doctors do not know why he he is acting up. He has a LITTLE temper and when he gets mad he blocks all of his airways and sends his heart rate dropping. I will keep you all updated as he progresses. Please keep us in your prayers and we are trying to get Benjamin through all of this.
06.20.2005 James loves the site. Benjamin is coming home on June 21. YEAH!!!! We are very excited to have him coming home. This has been a long road to get him where he is today. We can not thank you all enough for all of the love and support you have given us through this journey with Benjamin. We love all of you.
